Hi I never tried the gel version of cicaplast! my skin needs tons of hydration while on tretinoin and even tho I have oily skin my skin loves the cicaplast balm and the cicalfate+ by avene.. However these two are too thick to be used during the day so I wanted something that is a gel formula yet provides hydration and anti irritation.
