I have a sim that just can't die. There's nothing wrong with my game or save, other sims can die fine . Tried everything, drowning, starvation, cowplant, emotions, and after wasting my time and moving on to cheats/mods I realized he's just impossible to kill. I also tried to kill a girl before this guy and she just wouldn't starve.

Originally, this meant neglecting one of his needs. But then, I started noticing that the hunger bar fills back a bit when he gets the "hunger failure" moodlet.
She is a tutorial sim. I have never played the tutorial, but I've understood that Alex is your room mate in the tutorial. The tutorial has it's own aspirations (Npcs sometimes have them) and some of those aspirations have steps like talk to the room mate, and can be completed if you talk to Alex. 12. _TattieScone.
There is no one dying on my lot. My dog is being taken away, although the adoption staff keeps bugging so the procedure hasn't even started (even after I tried both debugging her and my dog, she won't move, only walk in her place). My sim made 3 promotions since my last save, so I really don't want to lose it. can someone help? 17 Sort by:
RacoonFan Ugh! My sim won't die!! Just needed to vent!! My legacy household is at max capacity. I've got an elder, her daughter, five teenagers, and a corgi. I'm ready to move on with this plot line and this family. Its been the same old old story for months but my elder sim just wont kick the bucket.
When any of my sims die, the grim reaper doesn't show up (or is already in the lot) and nothing happens. So my sim (that is dying) doesn't die and the day goes on, its really frustrating because I have to start my from my last safe.
He has surpassed his "dying-time" with a few days now, which has never happened to me before, and i honestly doesn't know what to do. I can't find a cheat that will let me kill him with a command. I don't use mods or CC.
I eventually had him commit suicide with the violence mod because he was gonna outlive his kids. DazedDaisiesO-o • 9 mo. ago. I felt so bad about killing off a sim (one of my all-time fave sims!) who just would NOT die, but realistically she would have been, like, over 100.
Sims 4! Hi. I think there's some kind of bug in my game because my sim never dies out of old age. I've checked my settings and they all say my ageing is on. His age bar is blinking and has been doing so for several days now (both sim days and human days haha) and before it hit full I was 'warned' about him soon dying.
